  1. just did! good exposure for his and all autistic children. I wonder why there is not greater discussion about the facts of autism. After listening to the Carly Fleischmann interviews on you tube, I gained the understanding that these people process mentally but simply can't express themselves, become frustrated and agitated and act out badly. Knowing that these children can't stand the feeling of some fabrics helps to understand why they strip off clothing. They often engage in fecal smearing, bang their heads, cover their ears because of the nuerological misfirings in their body. They want to run and to hide because of this.
Who knew? Not most of us and seeminglu, the MCFD knows nothing about autism and very little about families bonding in love.

My question to the ministry is, as is also the case for families with various other medical problem children, "Why does MCFD refuse to finance the expenses for parents to care for their own children but will pay others thousands to do the very thing parents want to do for their own children?"
