ANOUNCEMENT


Zabeth will be called to give testimony Friday Feb 26th, and possibly over a three day period which is then followed by cross examination. If you live locally, you may want to be present to give her your moral support. While the day begins at 9:30 am, Zabeth may give testimony later in the morning.

  2. I am hopeful that the following information will be helpful to your cause. Although we are located in different Provinces, laws may be utilized in neighbouring areas to set presedence:

    Children with developmental and/or medical conditions are not to be confused with individuals who may require protection.
    In Alberta, my recommendation to Ministry resulted in an Amendment to Policy. This is an important rule to follow across Canada and abroad because archaic legislation does not consider the two groups as separate entities.
    The Alberta Amendment may be utilized to set precedence in neighbouring jurisdictions and shall be known as "Samantha's Law".
    Amendment to the Alberta FSCD (Family Support for Children with Disabilities) Act, became effective December 2006:
